Description of Proposed Changes- Proposal Request and/or Supplemental Information Concrete Flume Change from a poured in place concrete flume to stone masonry (Utilize the left over stone from the old headgate). Provide a concrete footerand lip to protect the stone work from snow removal. Provide a matching sandstone cap for the wall.
