Design
Service provider must provide and include design for all signs. The attached sketch is
from the original building remodel design group and is to be used as a guide for the
monument illuminated sign.
Costs
Provide costs for each sign in bid schedule.
Project Schedule
Please provide a schedule from notice of award.to completion. The Lincoln Center will
be open and service provider must schedule installation to avoid patron conflict.
Selection Process
City reserves the right to award on written proposals without interviewing
Awarded service provider must enter into the attached service agreement (for your
review) and provide the required insurance (Exhibit B).

YESCO is poised to iinmediately begin working with your staff to orchestrate a methodical
implementation program based on your objectives. All of our resources are local.
Final build concepts will be
formatted to fully disclose all
materials and specifications,
including footings, materials and
sizing. Wet -stamped drawings will
be provided upon request by our in-
house Engineering staff. Our
experienced Permit Manager will
work with the Planning and Building
Departments to make sure all
necessary documentation is processed
in a timely fashion.
As a part of our offering, we provide
a dedicated Project Manager to all
construction related issues and
prerequisites are managed to
schedule. We will provide all labor,
materials and equipment necessary to building a structure, power it up and ensure it works properly.

With over 80 local employees, YESCO provides in-house manufacturing of all cabinetry in our 20,000
square foot, UL listing approved Denver shop. Our products are backed by a bumper -to -bumper warranty
for one full year, and we're sure to be here long enough to fulfill it.
Team Projects
Already licensed and certified to perform this scope of work in Fort Collins, YESCO is comprised of
local Colorado people with offices in Fort Collins, Denver and
Colorado Springs. We will utilize in-house software design
tools, in-house licensed engineering, in-house manufacturing,
installation and services.
YESCO has designed and fabricated hundreds of landmark
signage both in the state and throughout the country. With
comprehensive in-house resources, our ability to perform
design -build or fast -track projects on a similar scale is
unsurpassed. Local or similar examples of larger scope projects
completed in the last three years include:
Town of Parker, Colorado. Fabrication and installation of
multiple monument signs, finished in stone, metal and
ornamental wood, both illuminated and non -illuminated.
Denver Performing Arts Complex, Denver, Colorado. Provided five full color LED message
marquees located at various points on the campus.
Denver Technological Center. Replacement and/or refurbishment of all existing directory signage
throughout the DTC footprint.
Belmar Shopping Center, Lakewood, Colorado. Provided two double -face marquee signs installed on
a sculptural tower monument.
Denver International Airport "Welcome To Denver", Denver, Colorado. Translucent display
featuring internal LED lighting.
Colorado Convention Center, Denver, Colorado. Design -Build incorporating a radius display and a
double-faced freestanding pylon sign.
Pillage Center Station, Grecw%ood Pillage, Colorado. One triple -sided 55' media tower. Audience
incorporates both vehicular and pedestrian traffic.

RISK MANAGEMENT
An efficient and timely review process is necessary to ensure successful scheduled project completion.
A site audit should be performed early to explore and understand site conditions, power and traffic
requirements.
A review of special events and/or program schedules should be discussed in terms of any impact on
limitations to site access or hours to perform field work.

IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS
The Project Team working for you is among the nation's best. 2009 and 2010 "Signs of the Tunes'
winners, Herm Medina and Kreg Lyles will finalize schematics and designs. Our in-house engineering
staff will field and manage any footing issues and final construction documents.
YESCO has the capacity to select from an extensive portfolio of available materials, ranging from locally
harvested masonry to fully -recycled metals. Our expertise in lighting will enable us to present you with
energy -efficient alternatives for illuminating the display(s).

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
YESCO currently meets and exceeds the minimum insurance requirements and will be able to comply
with the schedule request for a Certificate of Insurance and General Liability Insurance with Inverness
Metropolitan Improvement District as an additional insured.
SCOPE OF WORK
This project includes 5 signs all illuminated and all exterior signs.
Sign41: reads "the Lincoln center" and is located on the radius wall at the main entrance facing both north
and east. The construction/design concept for this sign is for individual letters mounted to. radius panels
that will complement the Trespa panels (not copy them) and will contain led illumination which will
wash the wall the wall behind the letters illuminating them at night with a halo effect. The LED lighting
could be color changeable to offer different back lighting perhaps for seasonal change or special events.
It could also remain one constant color. The size of this sign will be approximately 3'z 25' and materials
are primarily aluminum, paint and LED lighting.
Siam #2: reads"the LINCOLN center' and is located on the south elevation on the brick wall area above
the entrance. The construction methodology for this sign will be the same as sign 41, The dimensions for
this sign are approximately 2'-6" x 20'-0"
Sign k3: reads Conference Center and is located above the entrance on the north elevation. Construction
methodology will be the same as sign #1. The dimensions of this sign will be approximately 2'-3" x 16-
0"
Sign k4: reads "City of Fort Collins" with logo and the construction methodology for this sign would be
an aluminum cabinet with acrylic faces and vinyl decoration. It's dimensions would be approximately 2'-
8" x 7'-0"
Sign 45: is a free standing monument sign. It will read "the LINCOLN center". This sign will be
constructed from individual letters mounted in front of a radius wall. The wall will have horizontal panels
on it to complement (not copy) the Trespa panels on the building. The sign will be illuminated with LED
lighting that will wash the wall and letters. This lighting could be changeable if desired. Material will be
either Steel or aluminum framing and letters with either acrylic or aluminum panels painted and LED
illumination. The sign wall will be approximately 5'-0" tall by 18'-6" long.
TIME LINE
Phase I Creative and diligence 3 weeks: during phase I our project management will meet with staff to
review all physical elements of the project. This means meeting with engineering, electrical staff,
confirming location etc. At the same time Our creative team will meet with staff to focus desired design,
materials and creative concepts.
Phase II Fabrication, 6 weeks: it will take approximately to fabricate the entire sign package
Phase 111 Installation, 2 weeks: it will take approximately two weeks to install the sign package. The
unique Trespa walls will require this sort of time.

Phase IV Satisfaction meeting 2 hours: this is to walk the project and ensure that all elements are
completed to client satisfaction.
BUDGET
Budget for the sign package is attached as exhibit A and is on the form provided by the city for RFP
7280. Pricing includes design, fabrication and installation of all signs. Light sensors or timers for
controlling lighting of all signs as well as all secondary wiring and electrical ready for hook up to primary
(primary will be brought to sign by others). Cost of permits is included. It is assumed that the city is lax
exempt and no taxes are included in this quote.
