DESCRIPTION: Professional services to train building industry stakeholders on changes
in the Fort Collins building code.
1. Reason for Change: Modify use of field assistants and add additional training
classes, to meet the City's training needs. The potential for these types of changes was
envisioned in the original scope and budget; see "Options" in Exhibit "B" of the PSA.
2. Description of Change:
(1) Add field assistants, two at half -day rate (2 @ $250)
(2) Add four additional repeats of the Residential Mechanical Systems
Performance Testing class (4 @ $1950)
3. Change in Contract Cost: $8,300.00
4. Change in Contract Time: No change
