Install standard Owens Coming starter shingles. 3. Install new 309 felt underlayment. 4. Install new drip edge metal at all eaves. S. The entire roof substrate of both slate roofs will be re -decked with new 1/2" 0511. (See Item #14 below 6. The slate roof will need to be removed. As much of it will be salvaged as possible, but no guarantee can be made. 7. New Ice and water shield will be installed at all perimeter edges Of the slate roofs. 8. The two existing 20' vents will be detached and reset as necessary. All stack flashings will be removed and replaced as necessary. 9. Ail roofing debris will be cleaned up daily.
