Service Provider agrees to perform the services
identified above and on the attached forms in
accordance with the terms and conditions contained
herein and in the Services Agreement between the
parties. In the event of a conflict between or ambiguity
in the terms of the Services Agreement and this work
order (including the attached forms) the Services
Agreement shall control.
The attached forms consisting of three (3) pages are
hereby accepted and incorporated herein by this
reference, and Notice to Proceed is hereby given.

McClelland's Channel Modeling and Mapping
Project Description and Scope of Services
Dear Shane -
Attached is the project scope and description that we discussed:
Description

Interwest will provide corrected effective and proposed Foodplain modeling for McClelland's Channel on either
side of Staley Park.
Scope of Services
HEC Modeling and Mapping — Interwest will extend the limits of the Staley Park Floodplain Study to include
the cross sections between Kechter Road and the existing structure downstream. Topographic survey in this area
will be provided by the City as well as the parameters from channel improvements. It is anticipated that two new
sections will be placed on the upstream and downstream sides of the park. The corrected effective and the
proposed Floodplain model and map will be prepared and included in the Staley Park Report.
Estimated Fee: $5,800
Reimbursables— for prints, mileage, and deliveries, etc..
Estimated Fee: $200
Assumptions —
I. Specifications, quantities, and contract documents provided by others.
2. Environmental, Structural and geotechnical engineering provided by others.
3. All surveying services are provided by others.
4. No CA or CM work is included.
5. Record Drawings and As Built Surveys are not included, but can be with an addendum if requested.
6. Stormwater Management Plan and Discharge Permit (if required) will be provided by the Contractor.
7. No permitting tasks will be completed by Interwest.
Schedule
Interwest will begin work on the project immediately upon receipt of the survey information.
