The City of Fort Collins Purchasing Division would like to thank you for your bid on 7301
Carbon Dioxide for Water Treatment Facility.
Your firm has been approved as the product provider for the plant for 2012. The City will
be sending you a Blanket Purchase Order for 2012 shortly after January 1, 2012 which
will serve as the annual contract pursuant to the terms outlined in Bid 7301 and the
Purchase Order document. If agreeable to both parties this agreement may be extended
in one-year intervals for up to four (4) additional years (through December 16, 2016).
