Price Analysis
MSN pricing is specified in the State of Colorado award for Telecommunications - Data
Communication Products and Services, 20516YYY40M, currently in effect.
As part of the MSN agreement, pricing is provided for professional computer systems engineers
and implementation specialists ranging from $90 to $180 per hour.
These rates are comparable to other similar services provided by various contractual service
firms specializing in computer infrastructure and networks. Because exact correspondence is
difficult to apply to any given situation, we have compared MSN's rates generally and found
them to be fair and reasonable.
