The bid for 25 kVA transformers from Wesco for the ABB manufactured transformers were the best evaluated bid. I recommend that we award the bid for the 25 kVA transformers to Wesco for the ABB transformers. The bid for 100 kVA transformers from Irby for the Cooper manufactured transformers were the best evaluated bid.
