RE: Termination of Online Ticketing Services Agreement and Software Support
and License Agreement A101-922
Dear Sir or Ms.:
The City of Fort Collins, Colorado and Tickets.com, Inc entered into a Services
Agreement for Online Ticketing dated February 7, 2005; and a Software Support
and License Agreement A101-922 dated September 22, 2003. In accordance
with Section 2.B. Renewal Term of those Agreements, the City is terminating the
agreement effective January 31, 2012.
