minimize tracking and meet EPA storm water quality requirements,

Contractor will obtain and maintain the SWMP from the Colorado Dept
of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE)
• The Erosion Control Plans provided are not the SWMP. However,
plan quantities Were calculated from the Erosion Control Plan.
Erosion Control is broken into several measurable pay items
• Silt fence, concrete washout structure, inlet pmtecbon, etc.
Contractor is required to have an Erosion Control Supervisor that shall
enforce all policies that apply to this project
• Erosion Control Supervisor included in the cost for erosion control.
