Contractor to provide tree pruning and removal work on City owned trees as directed by
Center Block is finished. This may be in Grandview Cemetery or a park
Scope of Services: Provide appropriate personnel to conduct trce work as assigned which can include- but is not
limited to, pruning and removal work. Contractor provides all equipment to complete work. All debris will be
cleaned up in manner specified in contract The contractor will work under the supervision of the Assistant City
Forester, Forestry Supervisor or City Forester. Appropriate traffic control options will be implemented by City
Forestry as needed. T71e City Traffic Division shall be used for such traffic control.
Service Provider agrees to perform the services identified above and on the attached forms in accordance with the
terms and conditions contained herein and in the Services Agreement between the parties. In the event of a conflict
between or ambiguity in the terms of the Services Agreement and this work order (including the attached forms) the
Services Agreement shall control.
