Change Request Description:
Statera and City of Fort Collins (CoFC) would like to amend the Statement of Work
Agreement, CoFC RFP 7250 Microsoft Exchange Transition CR - PFA, signed 08/10/2011
(original SOW signature date) to account for the following:
The project scope has changed to Include the Poudre Fire Authority Exchange 2003
Organization Migration to a separate Active Directory Resource Forest / Exchange
2010 Environment. It has been determined that it will require standing up a new
Windows 2008 R2 Resource Forest and an Exchange 2010 SPl Exchange
Organization which Includes the following high level steps:
o Nigh level Exchange 2010 design document (16 hours)
o Planning and configuring coexistence (8 hours)
o Configuring Active Directory for Exchange 2010 including two-way forest trust
(8 hours)
o Deploying/Configuring Exchange 2010 Server roles (32 hours)
o Configuring the CoFC TMG environment for external client access (8 hours)
o Up to 20 Mailbox migration pilot and testing (8 hours)
o Migration support as needed and Will be billed as required.
o Remove the existing Organization from Active Directory (8 hours)
This change Is required to facilitate the Exchange 2010 Deployment for the City of
Fort Collins since there can only be one Exchange Organization In a given forest and
the CoFC Exchange Transition Project requires that there be a new organization
deployed In the current forest.
• It is estimated that 88 additional hours of effort will be required to complete this
effort.
To accommodate this change:
• Project estimate has been Increased by 88 hours ($15,400.00). PFA Nei pral�oh
