DESCRIPTION: The complete remodel of PFA Fire Station #1, including asbestos removal, deconstruction, an
addition, sitework, utilities and landscaping. Exterior renovation will match the existing as much as practicable.
Interior finishes will include painted gypsum board partitions, ceramic tile, carpet, VCT, sealed concrete,
suspended acoustical ceiling, wood and hollow metal doors and frames.
Reason for change: Incorporation of various Proposed Change Orders (PCO's).
2. Description of change: PCO #1 — Sewer Line Replacement — $21,692.42; PCO#2 — Credit for Window
Well and Grate Reuse — ($269.07); PCO#3 — PR#1 — Building Department Comments — $987.33; PCO#8 —
Rebuild Main Bearing Wall on 1st Floor - $553.24.
