The City does not anticipate closing the entire roadway during paving operations. T Fort Collins Erosion Control - SWMP • Contractor will transfer the existing SWMP from Connell Resources for the portions of the worksite that are covered in the existing SWMP through the Colorado Dept of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) • Erosion Control Devices are currently installed by Connell per the approved SWMP. • It will be the responsibility of the awarded contractor to maintain and repair the existing erosion control devices. • It will be the responsibility of the awarded contractor to do weekly SWMP inspections and turn original signature copies of the SWMP Inspection Report to the City. • This work is paid for thru the 208 Line Items based on measured installed quantities.
