Commencement Date: August 29`" 2011 (or as soon as small Siberian elms are trimmed
and cut down by Natural Areas Stafo.
Completion Date: October 14, 2011 (move) and November 15, 2011 (stabilization/repair)
Maximum Fee: (time and reimbursable direct costs): $9,250
Project Description: Move the West White Pine Fire Lookout Cab Y miles north (see
map) by October 14, 2011 and then stabilize and repair as per the drawings prepared by
Weeks and Associates Structural Engineers dated 6117111.
Scope of Services: Install concrete piers and move cab to new location by October 14,
2011; stabilize and repair cab as per the proposal dated &12/i l by November 15, 2011.

Professional agrees to perform the services
identified above and on the attached forms
in accordance with the terms and conditions
contained herein and in the Professional
Services Agreement between the parties. In
the event of a conflict between or ambiguity
in the terms of the Professional Services
Agreement and this work order (including
the attached forms) the Professional
Services Agreement shall control.
The attached forms consisting of two (2)
pages are hereby accepted and
incorporated herein, by this reference,
and Notice to Proceed is hereby given

Karen, Listed below is our scope and pricing for the moving and
repairs to the viewing platform at Running Deer Open Space;
Crane time: 6hrs. At $195.00 per hr. $1,170.00
Labor & mat. to move platform and install 7 concrete
piers. $3,400.00
Material to repair platform as per drawings. $2,600.00
Labor to repair platform.5 men 2 days @ 26.00 per hr. $2,080.00
$9,250.00
Exclusions:
1. Tax
2. Permits
We have estimated the crane and labor time. If it takes less time we
will credit the overage in this bid.
We have used 2 x 6 southern yellow pine (syp) for the decking since
there was no spec on what to use.
If you have any questions please feel free to call.
The lumber pricing is good for 30 days. We are in the busy time of
the year so please keep this in mind if you choose to move forward with
this project.
