WE HEREBY ENTER OUR BID FOR THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS' REQUIREMENTS FOR UPS
and PDU Equipment for City Hall PER THE BID INVITATION AND ANY REFERENCED
SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Fort Collins Operation Services Department is requesting bids for three-phase, on-line,
double -conversion, static -type, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) equipment complete with
transient voltage surge suppression, input harmonics reduction, rectifier -charger, battery, battery
disconnect device, inverter, static bypass transfer switch, and battery monitoring.
The attached drawing is for bid purposes only and not a final document. It shall be used for UPS
and PDU pricing only.
The specified equipment must be delivered with 10 days after notice of award which may be in the
form of a Purchase Order. Immediate availability is required.

As an alternate #1, please also provide pricing and availability for a like system that is built as a
modular system with the ability to provide a minimum of 50kVA now, and adaptability up to 120kVA
by providing additional hardware. The modular system shall comply with the footprint requirements
of not exceeding 90" wide with the inclusion of manual bypass section, UPS section and battery
cabinet.
