If you need to move the installation out, we can definitely do that. Also, we can adjust our ship date too, so the product will arrive when you actually need it there. This will give us extra time to manufacture it and it will keep you from having to store it; running the risk of damage occurring before it can be installed. Sorry I haven’t been in touch recently. Things are rather consuming around here. If I can ask a metaphorical question about our schedule? I’m still on track for the dates listed below but I’m facing a few construction anomalies I’m trying to work around, and I’m wondering if we could consider shifting the install period. I can still take delivery at the same time and store the pieces, but if we could push the install to begin August 29th that would give me a little breathing room for some of my other restoration projects. If not, no worries at all, just thought I’d check to see what my options might be. Let’s go with this schedule: - Ship on 08/04 - Arrive 08/08 - Install starts 08/08 - Install should take 4 days – typically training occurs the last day of the install – so that would be 08/11. John Fairchild our Installation Manager, will be in touch with you a few weeks prior to the install to make final arrangements. I have copied him on this email so he can see the change in schedule. I’m still in the midst of coordinating the rigging work so that’s at least one reason why we had the “completion by” date rather than a delivery date. I should have an idea of the rigging schedule next week; we can discuss more specifically then if that’s okay. In the meantime, I can certainly say that an added week to your current date is comfortably within that target. If I can push it a little farther I’ll let you know. I will need to get some Formica samples in hand for my bosses to make the finish decision; if I get you a short list this afternoon do you think I could have them by Friday? I have a second item to go over with you. We have had a barrage of projects fall in our laps over the last few weeks (great news for the company!!!). I am trying to get them on our schedule in a manner that works for us and the customer. What I need to know from you is whether or not we have any wiggle room with your current ship date? We have your order scheduled to leave our facility on July 1st. Please let me know if there is any way we can push that out. I am not making any changes at this point; just simply reaching out to clients to see who has the flexibility to give us a little bit more time. I did see on the Services Agreement that the substantial completion is July 29th; is that a final date you are still working with?
