Laurie –
This master agreement with Aqua Craft will expire on December 12, 2011. We can no longer extend the option to
renew since we are at the end of five years. Will you be needing these services in the future? If so, you will need
to prepare a new RFP so that a firm can be selected for future work. Please let me know what you plan to do.
