Your interview will occur on June 21, 2011 from 8:30-9:45 AM in Conference Room 1A located at 215 N. Mason Street in Fort Collins. For the interview, you will have 15 minutes for a formal presentation in response to the requirements of the Request for Proposal. Then there will be a question and answer period of 60 minutes, which will include the following question: Sustainability: How would you incorporate sustainability, including triple bottom line analysis, within this project? Please provide examples. Firms not available to travel on that date may arrange for videoconferencing or online meeting at their option in lieu of a personal appearance. It is up to the presenter to arrange it. Our plan is to complete scoring of the written proposals by end -of -business Friday June 10; so that we can notify the top three firms in order for them to confirm their travel plans for their interview on June 22. We will also confirm your time slot at that time.
