PROJECT TITLE: DTRD Linden Street Utilities Improvement Project
CONTRACTOR: Connell Resources, Inc.
PROJECT NUMBER: PO 9110623 - SCP-DTRD-01-18-2011
DESCRIPTION: replacement, rehabilitation, and construction of water, sewer, and stormwater
utilities in Linden Street between the Poudre River and Jefferson Street.
1. Reason for change: contractor finished project under original budget estimate.
2. Description of Change: DTRD materials and work was efficiently ordered and completed under
budget, including water, sewer, and stormwater pipes and appurtenances, as well as the hourly
labor and work.
3. Change in Contract Cost: original contract amount was $868,390.00, the completed project
budget was $733,343.77, for a total savings of $135,046.23.
4. Change in Contract Time: the project was also completed two weeks early, by April 29, 2011
instead of May 13, 2011.
