At this point, it will make better business sense for us to pursue hand pies/pocket pies than our previous offerings. We hope this is acceptable to the City. Our minimum opening times will be every Thursday through Saturday, 10:30 am to 2:30 pm (not including set up and break -down time). We are well on our way to being open by July 14th, and will update you as we proceed. Please let me know what else you need from us to get the agreement completed and finalized.
