For day and night use. Revised Section 3: / The agreement allows concessionaires to park in the loading zone area to pick up and deliver passengers, and wait for fares during hours of operation. The loading zone is a public Right -of -Way (ROW) and must be accessible to other vehicles (personal, commercial and emergency). Minimum hours of operation are per Section 3N of Agreement Revised Section 3N: Hours: The Concessionaire must keep the concession area open for business as directed by the City. Days of operation shall be agreed to by both parties and the minimum hours of operation must be maintained. Minimum hours are: Monday -Friday between 5:00p.m. and 10:00p.m. on a seasonal basis. Saturday -Sunday between 12:00p.m. and 10:00p.m. on a seasonal basis. Concessionaire is not required to operate on national holidays or holidays recognized by the City where City offices are closed. Please indicate your acceptance by signing this letter and returning it to Purchasing Division within the next fifteen (15) days. Agreement has always allowed for day and night site use with only minimum hours of operation listed. If this extension is not agreeable with your firm, we ask that you send us a written notice stating that you do not wish to renew the contract and state the reason for non -renewal. They have a complaint against the Carriage Concession, they are having to scoop horse manure out of the drainage system. Concessionaire should structure proposal in the same numerical order that the mandatory conditions and review criteria are listed and must include the following: 1. Number of years experience outdoor vending in Fort Collins or another city. If experience is not in the City of Fort Collins, include proof of vending elsewhere and list a contact name or phone number to verify. An example of documentation would be copies of sales tax returns for individual years in another city. Number of years: 9 2. Number of years experience outdoor vending in the Fort Collins Downtown Plan Area on public or private property. Number of years: q 3. Quality and Suitability of Product: Include description and/or pictures of the products to be sold with estimated prices. Quality comparisons, statements, pictures and/or brochures are requested to review the quality and suitability of the products. 4. Quality/Appearance of Equipment: Concessionaires are required to have a mobile cart. The cart may not exceed the size of four (4) foot wide, ten (10) foot long and eight (8) foot high, excluding roof overhangs and wheels. Degree to which City specifications and requirements are met. Include pictures, schematics, or other data that will support and show the quality/appearance of equipment, including cart. The City reserves the right to inspect all equipment to make a determination. 5. Payments to the City: The minimum that will be paid to the City, regardless of numbers of months operated, is the $120 annual fee. In addition, food and beverage concessionaires shall pay between approximately $85 and $240 per month for power washing of their assigned vending site. Concessionaires at sites which are split between day and night operations with another food and beverage concessionaire shall pay a portion of the power washing fee.. The equipment that is used for horse drawn rides are, carriages and wagons. Carriages vary in size from a two person Vis-A-Vi carriage to a six person Vis-A-Vi carriage. Wagons can accommodate as many as 25 adult riders at one time. All equipment is horse drawn by either one draft horse or a team (2) draft horses. The service that is provided is a horse drawn carriage or wagon ride through the historic Old y 4 Town area. Pricing is determined on the length and quantity of riders, from $1.00 - $15.00 per person. The hours of operation vary depending on the season, climate and demand of customers. We are available 365 days a year and conduct rides on all Federal Holidays, including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Years Day and Independence Day. We have worked closely with the Downtown Business Association for holiday events and promotional events for the Old Town Square. At CC&W we have horse drawn wagon and carriage rides available. We work with several resort locations that can accommodate small to large parties. Make your next company party one that they wont want to miss! Hayrack Rides: Interested in getting the neighbors together? School field trips? CC&W's hayracks will accommodate up to 24 adults and multiple hayracks can be pulled together one behind the other in a train like fashion pulled by a tractor. They can be operated in most weather conditions and in different terrains. The hayracks are available for parades, school functions, church events, or most any other event you think of. They can also be used for guided tours. This is more of an economical way to book a ride with CC&W. Sleigh -Rides: Sleigh rides are a very entertaining way to enjoy the winter and holidays. The sleigh is made to be used in most weather and road conditions with wheels mounted on the sleigh for dry roads and can be removed to be used as a traditional sleigh on snow. The sleigh accommodates io adults. Great for caroling, or just looking at all the pretty holiday lights.
