You are hereby notified that the Scope -of -Services to perform the following tasks MSR Roof Replacement for the above Work Order has been considered. Pursuant to your AGREEMENT with OWNER you have been awarded a Work Order for this Work Order Description: MSR Roof Replacement Replace the roof on the Meadow Springs Ranch Manager's house. 2. CONTRACT PRICE AND CERTIFICATES. The total work order cost is NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS ($9,425). A. Share savings do not pertain to this work order. 3. CONTRACT TIMES. Pursuant to the AGREEMENT and the Contract Documerlth, the date for Substantial Completion of this Work Order is August 30, 2011 and after Substantial Completion, the date for Final Payment and Acceptance is September 31, 2011. 4. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES. Liquidated damages will not be assessed. 5. EXECUTION. Three (3) copies of this proposed Work Order & Notice of Award, and accompanying amendments or supplements to the Contract Documents (except any applicable Drawings) Incorporated herein, are provided. You must comply with the following conditions precedent within fifteen (15) days of the date of this Work Order & Notice of Award, that is, by duly 10, 2011. A. You must deliver to OWNER three (3) fully executed counterparts of this Work Order, including all amendments or supplements to the Contract Documents incorporated herein. Each Work Order must bear your signature as provided. B. You must deliver with the executed Work Order, Certificate of Insurance documents, as specified in the Agreement. Failure to comply with these conditions within the time specified will entitle OWNER to consider your Bid abandoned and to annul this Work Order & Notice of Award.
