Dear Mr. Keiski:
This letter is to inform you that your firm is one of three finalists that has been selected
for an oral interview for our Request For Proposal #7190 Meter Data Management
System.
Your interview is scheduled for one day and will occur on one of the three following
sessions:
Session A: Thursday, March 3, 2011 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Session B: Monday, March 7, 2011 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Session C: Thursday, March 10, 2011 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
We appreciate the effort you have given thus far to meet our tight scheduling needs.
Your firm is requested to respond with its preferred sessions ranked 1, 2 and 3. Priority
will be given in the order of responses received, and we will do what we can to
accommodate your preferences. Please reply electronically to Opal Dick,
ODick @fccjov.com.
Interviews will be conducted at the Utilities Service Center the Training Room located at
700 Wood Street in Fort Collins. The direct telephone number for the Training Room is
(970) 416-2141 if needed during your interview.
For the interview, you will have 30 minutes prior to the start of the interview to set up.
An overhead projector will be provided. Please advise the City of Fort Collins if you
require additional accommodations or more time than this.
The agenda and detailed information for these Sessions will be provided to you shortly.
For your information, the three firms selected for oral interviews are:
