SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
Description of RFP: 7190 Meter Data Management System
OPENING DATE: 1/11/11(Our Clock) 3:00 PM
To all prospective bidders under the specifications and contract documents described
above, the following changes are hereby made.
CHANGE:
5.10: SCADA and OMS Integration
Existing paragraphs should be removed and replaced with:
Fort Collins utilizes an Access-based OMS system. Offerors will be asked to describe
how the electric meter “last gasp” data from the MDMS or AMI headend can be made
available to import into Access
13.14: Revenue Protection Support
Offerors are advised this section is “Required” and is not “Optional”
14.6: MDMS and OMS
Insert the following two (2) clauses:
14.6.5 The Offeror is asked to indicate if there is any outage or restoration meter data
which will be accessible through OPC connectivity (OLE for Process Control) should
monitoring of specific data be desired through the Utilities SCADA system.
14.6.6 Offerors are requested to describe how the electric meter “last gasp” data from
the MDMS or AMI headend can be made available to import into Access.
