Stage Dimensions and Specifications The Proscenium opening is variable in width and height, using a hard portal on an electric winch, and tormentors on tracks. Portal is pleated black velour and torms are plywood covered with flat black velourette. Minimum Height: 14 ft-8 in Maximum Height: 17 ft-8 in Minimum Width: 41 ft Maximum Width: 60 ft Stage width, including wings: 105 ft Stage right wing: 20 ft Stage left wing: 25 ft Wood floor: 60 ft wide, 40 ft deep (back wall to edge of thrust/lift) Construction: oak tongue & groove planks over subfloor, laid on neoprene sleepers with airspace between subfloor and concrete. Finish is dark color walnut stain/sealer. Technical Coordinator MUST be consulted prior to drilling or fastening into stage floor. Thrust/Pit/Lift: The stage thrust is a Guthrie -style stage lift/orchestra pit, extending 11'-6" from the downstage edge of the stage into the audience. Upstage width of the lift/pit is 39 ft. Downstage width of the lift/pit is 11 ft. The lift/pit is used to transport the grand piano, lighting carts, wardrobe boxes etc. into the basement. The elevator is hydraulic and is operated from stage left. The lift/pit may be lowered and used as an orchestra pit. A black steel railing with black fabric cover separates the lift/pit from the audience. The lift/pit can NOT be utilized for audience seating. Rigging Configuration and Support System The Lincoln Center does not have a grid. The fly system is supported by Unistrut under hung from pre -stressed concrete roof panels. It is possible to hang straight vertical loads up to 1000 lbs. from the Unistrut in VERY SPECIFIC LOCATIONS based on relation to the structural members of the roof panels. Pre -rigging of points is required before load in day via man -lift. Motor -chain attachment is accomplished via man -lift during load in. For clarification or creative solutions, please contact the Technical Services Director. House Soft Goods Grand drape traveler (25oz Eggplant velour) is permanent and operated from stage left. Midstage Traveler and Upstage traveler (operated from stage left) goods may be struck, but tracks are permanent. Legs 1-3 are on walk along track and may be removed or relocated (dead hung with ties), but tracks are permanent. Borders may be removed or relocated. Vinyl Sky screen may be relocated or stored in its protective diaper on a dedicated alternate line. Full stage black scrim is available. Please contact the Technical Services Director to arrange relocations and usage. Fly System Information NOTE: No Gridiron! Fly system is underhung. Theatre has no fire curtain. Reference line is measured from the upstage corner of audience sidewall. Please see groundplan. The Counterweight system is manually operated single purchase tee -track system. Lock rail is stage right at floor level. Loading platform is thirty feet above. Arbor capacity is 600-800 lbs. Stage weight comes in twenty, thirty, and forty -pound sizes. About 9,000 Ibs of free weight is available. Pipe battens are 76-feet long, two-inch OD diameter pipe. Each pipe is supported by seven 1/4-inch lift cables. Lighting and Dimming System Information Road Show Electrical Disconnects: #1: (lighting) 120/208 volt, 3 phase, 500 amp per phase, dedicated transformer, 3 - 2/0 lugs per leg #2: (sound) 120/208 volt, 3 phases, 100 amp per phase, dedicated transformer, 1 - 4 ga lug per leg The permanent stage and house light and sound systems are on separate services from the road show disconnects. The road show disconnects are located near the loading door, upstage left. Several 120 volt/20 amp receptacles are located stage left, stage right, and upstage. Lincoln Center does not supply Camlocks or feeder cable. Stage Lighting and Dimming Systems: Please contact Technical Coordinator for specific features and functions. An ETC Expression 2X dimming and control system was installed in June, 1994. As of this revision, all dimmers were functional. Control System - ETC Expression 2XVersion 3.0 with 600 channels of control, 2 memory crossfaders, 10 pages of 24 submasters, bump buttons, 600 cues per 3.5 inch floppy disk, rate and level wheel, two color monitors, remote focus unit for onstage focus and cue playback. Dimming System - ETC Sensor Dimmers, two SR48 dimmer racks on dedicated, separate transformer. Total 186/2400 watt dimmers plus house lights. Rack is addressable via 5-pin plug for DMX512 input from road show consoles. Stage Lighting Positions and Circuits: Please refer to current 1/4 inch scale stage electrics ground plan. The Lincoln Center has a House Plot that is hung unless a custom plot is necessary. Please contact the Technical Director at 970.416.2758 for electronic files or hard copy of the LC rep plot. There is no Balcony Rail Position. Front of House Position 32 feet above auditorium floor; 36 feet throw to plaster line. Center section approx. 40 feet wide, end sections angle toward stage. Circuits: 1 - 32 Receptacles: 20- amp, 3-pin female pigtail. Box Boom Position 18 feet above stage floor, located on sidewalls of auditorium [Note: Large columns obstruct sightline from upstage hanging position]. Each has 12 circuits per side, with 20-amp, 3-pin female pigtails. Each box boom has two vertical pipes with side arms. Each pipe can accommodate four instruments. Floor Pockets 12 recessed floor pockets with 4 - 20 amp flush -mount 3-pin receptacles in each pocket. Four pockets are spaced along back wall. Four pockets are located in each wing just offstage from edge of the wood floor. Followspot Platforms 22 feet above auditorium floor, 45 feet from plaster line. These positions are not enclosed. Each platform has one vertical pipe with one 20-amp circuit and two 1 K Altman zooms, typically used as curtain warmers. Onstage Electrics - Electrics 1 through 4 on counterweight linesets, with 20-amp, 3-pin female pigtails. Circuits repeat beginning at center. Sound Reinforcement Please contact Technical Director for current equipment inventory. Several sound systems are available. A road show tie-in feeds the 27MHz Assistive Listening System as well as the front cluster, back -of -house delay system, and backstage and dressing room monitors. A mixer/preamp sends program and stage manager page mic to Anchor self -powered speakers in the dressing rooms. House Mix position is a 6' x 18' area located in the center of the house, at the rear of the orchestra section 55 feet from the stage. Tables and house console may be moved. It is only used to accommodate the Lincoln Center sound system FOH gear. Some exceptions may apply. To minimize the impact to the audience: • Racks and equipment in the mix area are not to exceed 42 inches in height; • Operator may not stand during the performance; • Stage manager may not call cues from the mix position; • Console lights and monitors must be directed away so as not to distract the audience. Video monitors are not allowed unless expressly permitted by the Technical Coordinator during advance. Guest Mix Position is to be used any time the Lincoln Center sound system is not used. The second mix position is 30 feet to the House Right of the first mix position, in front of the house right entrance. It is 12' wide and S deep. No piece in this space is to exceed 6' in height. There must be a minimum of 42" between any piece in this space and the permanent structure of the hall to allow for fire/wheelchair access. Loudness Limitation For the safety and comfort of our patrons, sound pressure Levels are not to be exceeded 90 dBA sustained, 96 dBA peak, as measured at the mix position by Lincoln Center personnel. Stage Manager and Crew Communications: Stage Manager's Panel is located stage left near the stage door, and contains house and work light controls, dressing room paging mic, ClearCom main station, Telex VHF wireless base station, and video monitor. Headset system includes ClearCom single - muff headsets, belt packs, and Telex VHF wireless beltpacks. Headset jacks are located throughout the theatre. The House Manager and Stage Supervisor communicate with handheld radios. The House Manager operates the lobby chime. House doors typically open 30 minutes before curtain, and we request that performances start at the advertised time. Performer Amenities - Dressing Rooms and Support Areas Main Floor/Stacie Level - Guest Artist Suite Room for 6-8 persons. Seated counter space with lighted mirrors, hanging racks, telephone & internet connection, sofa and private bath/shower (Suitable for star dressing room or Production office) Basement- Men's and Women's Chorus Dressina Rooms Room for up to 15 persons each. Seated counter space with lighted mirrors, hanging racks, bath with shower. Basement — Common areas Additional space in the basement may be arranged in advance for wardrobe, hair, storage, etc. or may be draped for additional dressing room space. (20x20 SR and 20x12 SL — Suitable for wardrobe/wig areas). Second Floor — Mezzanine office Office/meeting room equipped with phone, wireless internet, tables and chairs. Suitable for production office (requires climbing stairs in lobby or through the house). 1 Washer and 1 dryer in basement - please bring your own laundry supplies. Contact Scheduling Office for kitchen availability and a list of approved caterers. Liquor consumed in the facility must be purchased from concessionaire, Toast of the Town. • The Lincoln Center is a NON-SMOKING facility. Per Colorado Law and City ordinance, smoking is prohibited inside at all times, including contextual use in live theatre performance. A 20 foot perimeter outside entrances is also designated as a smoke -free area. A fire -safe ashtray is available for disposal outside the backstage door and in front of the main lobby doors. • Lincoln Center may not provide oxygen per Colorado Law. • Use of pyrotechnics or open flame on stage must be approved through an application process with Poudre Fire Authority. Please contact the Technical Director for details. Application charges apply. • Food and drink is not allowed in the Performance Hall. Exception is made for scripted food or drink specific to your production, per advance notice to the Technical Director. • Lincoln Center lighting, sound, and rigging equipment may be operated by Center personnel only. • Lincoln Center is not an IATSE hall. Important for Rental Clients: Your technical crew requirements must be noted on your technical questionnaire and returned with your contract. Labor requirements and personnel schedule will be made at the discretion of the Lincoln Center Technical Services Director after consultation with Presenter. Cable groove depths shall be sufficient to encompass the cable fully and shall have sloped sides. C. Cable grooves shall conform to rope and cable manufacturers' standards for groove shape and tolerance. D. The she ave shall be fitted with 1" di ameter to pered roller bearings, prope rly size d for t he required load and speed. E. The one inch diameter steel shaft shall have a Dut chman to en gage the keyhole in the si de plate. Proper adjustment of the bearings shall be accomplished by means of a fine thread, self locking nut on the opposite end of the shaft. F. The block housing shall have two 10 gauge side plates rigidly fastened together with at least six bolts, four of which prevent cables from escaping the sheave grooves and shall fully enclose the sheave. Side plates shall be bolted an d welded to the ba se angles for extra strength. Hea d block base angles and connecting hardware shall conform to manufacturer's standards. G. The block and associated mounting hardware shall have a recommended working load of at least 2,500 lbs. 2.4 LOFT BLOCKS A. Loft blocks shall be of unit parallel type co nstruction with heavy steel side plates extending above sh eaves to accom modate thre a cro ss b olts and sp acers to positiv ely prevent cabl es escaping from grooves. B. The sheave shall be equipped with a 1" diameter machined steel shaft an d two tape red roller bearings. C. Class 30 gray iron conforming to ASTM A-48 shall be used, with machined grooves. D. Base angles shall be a minimum 1 '/" x 1-'/" x 3/16" angle. E. Side plates shall be a min imum of 10-g auge steel, and shall fully enclo se the sheave. Side plates shall be bolted to t he base angles. The re shall be a minimum of seven b olts with spacers bet ween the si de pl ates, fo ur of which prevent cables f rom escaping the sheave grooves. F. The block and associated mounting hardware shall have a recommended working load of at least 1300 Ibs, and shall be designed for use in either upright or underhung usage. 2.5 CO UNTERWEIGHT ARBORS A. Arbor shall be of spe cified length, or to ng enough to accommodate counterweights to balan ce its pipe batten and related equipment, whichever is longer. B. The arbor top shall be a 1/4" steel plate formed into a channel with 3" sides, punched to receive 8 cables. A bolt and spacer shall tie th a legs together and provide a tie -off poi nt for the ha nd line. The front of the arbor top shall carry a 1-'/ " high white set number. C. The arbor bottom shall be of similar construction, with counterweight rests to keep the weights from resting on the inner arbor rod nuts. D. The top and bottom of the arbor shall be tied together by means of two 3/4" steel arbor rods and a 3/8" x 3" steel back plate. Th e arbor rods shall have three nuts at each end, the outermost being a lock nut. E. Two quid e assemblies sh all be provided, each co mprised of UHM W plate s between stee I backup plates or mol ded plastic shoe assemblies with stiffening ribs, secured to the arbor by means of two 3/8" hex head bolts and lock nuts. F. Provide 12-gauge spreader plates (two minimum) on arbor rods so they can be spaced between counterweights on 2 foot centers. The front retaining collar shall be welded to the top spreader plate. G. Provide labels on the steel back plates showing the proper locations for the spreader plates. 2.6 FLOOR BLOCKS A. The sheave shall have a 12" outside diameter, and be grooved for a % rope. The sheave shall be eq uipped with a 17 mm diam eter machine d steel shaft an d two sealed, pre cision ball bearings. The shaft shall be fitted with a locking handle, allowing the sheaved to be moved a minimum of 5" to adjust rope tension. B. Side plates shall be a minimum of 10-gauge steel, shall fully enclose the sheave, and shall have a slot allowing a minim um of 8" of she ave position adjustment. Side plate s shall be b olted to the base angles. There shall be a mi nimum of seven'/4' bolts with spacers between the si de plates. C. The rope lock shall consist of an ASTM A536 ductile iron housing, cams an d handle. There shall be a rubber bumper in the housing to silence the handle when it is opened. D. Adjustment for ro pe sh all be from 5/8" to 1" by mean s of a '/" nylon tipped, socket he ad adjustment screw with lock nut at the rear of the housing. E. The ro pe Io ck and floo r block shall b e mount ed t o a 1/2" x 4 " formed Ste el frame, wh ich incorporates tie off points for guide wires. 2.7 ROPE LOCKS A. The rope to ck shall con sist of a n AST M A536 du ctile iro n h ousing, cam s an d ha ndle. T he housing shall allow the use of a standard padlock to hold the handle in its closed position. B. In order to redu ce noise during operation, there shall be a rubberbu mper in the hou sing to silence the h andle when it is open ed. The dog s th at grip the ro pe sh all be machined to fit closely to reduce noise, and shall not require the use of washers. C. Adjustment for ro pe sh all be from 5/8" to 1" by mean s of a'/2" nylon tipped, socket he ad adjustment screw with lock nut at the rear of the housing. D. The handle shall b e 9" to ng with a nyl on p owder o r vinyl di p coating. T he h andle shall be installed so that it passes two degrees past vertical to lock the hand line. E. A coated, oval, welded steel ring shall be provided as a safety lock. F. The rope lock shall mount to the locking rail with four 3/8" hex bolts and lock nuts. G. The rope lock shall be J.R. Clancy No. 010 533R. 2.8 PIPE BATTENS A. Counterweight pipe battens shall be 1 '/2 inch (inside diameter) schedule 40 steel pipe. All joints shall be sleeve spliced internally using not less than 18 inch splice pieces. Bolts or rivets shall connect each end of the internal splice pieces to the pipe batten. Furnish 4 bolts with lock nuts at each splice. Bolts shall be oriented at 90-degrees on each side of the splice. 2.9 CO UNTERWEIGHTS A. Counterweights shall b e 6" wide x 1 3-3/4" to ng, wi th a U shaped cutout for the arbor ro ds. Counterweights shall be flame or laser cut steel. Each piece shall be free from slag and sharp edges. Opposite corners shall be notched for ease of handling. Alternate weights when stacking to provide finger holds when loading arbors. C. Provide 80% of weight 2" thick and 20% of weight 1" thick for ease of balancing. 2.10 CHANNEL GUIDE TRACK SYSTEM A. The complete T-bar system shall match existing. B. T-bars shall be held in place and properly spaced by "U" shaped spreader plates formed from 1" x 3/16" steel, which are bolted to the wall battens. C. Horizontal wall batten s shall be I ocated on centers not to exce ed 5'. Wall battens shall b e 1- 3/4" x 1-3/4" x 3/16" steel angles with factory punched holes on 2" centers to allow J-guides to be located on 6", 8" or other centers. (Locations with high seismic activity may require different spacing or sizes.) D. Wall battens shall be held in place by adjustable wall knees, consisting of a 5/16" x 1-1/2" steel knee and an 11 gauge 1" x 2" formed, slotted channel to ai d in alignment made necessary by irregularities in the wall. E. There shall be a top sto p batten, a bottom stop batten and a floor batten, all of which shall be made of 1-3/4" x 1-3/4" x 3/16" steel angle. The top and bottom stop battens shall each have a 2" x 2" h ardwood bumper securely bo Ited to th a stop battens by 1/4" x 2-1/2" carriage bolts, nuts, and washers. F. All other members of the T-bar system shall be assembled using 5/16" hex head bolts, lock nuts and washers. 2.11 AUXILIARY STRUCTURAL CHANNELS AND BEAMS A. Auxiliary mounting steel shall consist of structural steel or aluminum channels, beams, angles, and pipes as required to provide anchorage for rigging blocks wherever they are ne eded. All blocks and al I chain a nd cable tie -off p oints shall be fixed to auxiliary metal a s required, and shall be designed to handle the imposed loads. 2.12 FINISH A. All items p rovided under this section shall have the manufacturer's standard finish and color, except as noted. B. B. This contractor shall furnish and install any miscellaneous structural metal required to support the rigging equipment and other equipment. C. WITNESSE TH: In consideration of the mutual covenants and obligations herein expressed, it is ag reed by and between the parties hereto as follows: 1. Scope of Services. The Servic a Provider agrees to provide s ervices in accordance with the scope of ser vices attach ed hereto as Exhibit "A", consist ing of pages and incorporated herein by this reference. 2. The Work Schedule. [ Optional] The services to be performed pursuant to this Agreement shall b e pe rformed in accordance with the Work Sche dule attach ed hereto as Exhibit "B", consisting of ( ) pages, and incorporated herein by this reference. 3. If either party is prevent ed in w hole or in par t from performing its obligations by unforeseeable causes beyond its reasona ble control and without its fault or negligence, then the party so prevented shall be excused from whatever performance is prevented by such cause. To the extent that the performance is actually prevented, the Service Provider must provide w ritten notice to the City of such condition within fifteen (15) days from the onset of such condition. [Early Termination clause here as an option 6. Early Termi nation by City/Notice . Notwithstanding the t ime periods contained herein, the City may terminate this Agreement at any time without ca use by providing written notice of termination to the Service Provider. Such notice shall be delivered at least fifteen (15) days prior to the termination date contained in said notice unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties. The City shall pay the Service provider for the performance of this Contract, subject to a dditions a nd deletion s provided herein, per t he attached Exhibit "A", consisting of pages, and incorporated herein by this reference. 8. City Representative. The City will designate, prior to commence ment of the work, its representative who shall make, within t he scope of his or her authority, all necessary and proper decisions with reference to the services provided under this agreement. All requests concerning this agreement shall be directed to the City Representative. 9. Independent Service provider. The services to be performed by Service Provider are those of an independent service provider and not of an employee of the City of Fort Collins. The City shall not be responsible for withholding any portion of Service Provider's compensation hereunder for the payment of FICA, Workmen's Compensation or other taxes or benefits or for any other purpose. 10. Personal Services. It is understo od that the City enters into the A greement based on t he special abilities of the Service Pr ovider and that this Agreement shall be considered as an agre ement for personal ser vices. Accordingly, th a Service Provider shall neither assign any responsibilities n or delegate any duties arising under the Agreement without the prior written consent of the City. 11. Acceptance Not Waiver. The City's approval or acceptance of, or pa yment for any of the services sh all not be construed to operate as a waiver o f any rights or benefits provided to the City and er this Agreement or ca use of action arising out of performance of this Agreement. 12. Warranty. a. Unless otherwise provided in the Agreement, all materials and equipment incorporated into any work shall be n ew and, where not specified, of the most suitable grade of their respective kinds for their intended use, and all workmanship shall be acceptable to City. Service Provider warrants all equipment, materials, labor and other work, provided under this Agr eement, except City -fur nished materials, equipm ent and lab or, against defects and nonconfor mances in design, mate rials and workmanship/workwomanship for a period beginning with t he start of t he work an d ending tw elve (12) months from and after fin al acceptance under the Agreement, regardless whether the same were furnished or performed by Service Provider or by any of its subcontractors of any tier. Upon receipt of written notice from City of any such defe ct or nonconformances, the affected item or part there of shall b e redesigned, repaired or replaced by Service Provider in a manner and at a time a cceptable to City. 13. Default . Ea ch and every term and condition he reof shall be deemed t o be a material element of this Agreement. In the eve nt either party should fail or refuse to perform according to the terms of this agreement, such party may be declared in default thereof. 14. Remedies. In the event a party has been de clared in de fault, such defaulting party shall be allowed a period of to n (10) days within which to cure said default. I n the event the default remains uncorrected, t he party de claring defa ult may ele ct to (a) terminate the Agreement and seek damages; (b) treat the Agreement as continuing and require specific performance; or (c) avail himself of any other remedy at law or equity. If the non -defaulting party commences legal or equitable actio ns against the defaulting party, the defaulting party shall be liable to the non -default ing party for the non -defaulting pa rty's reasonable attorne y fees and costs incurred because of the default. 15. Bindinq Effect. The Ser vice Provider agrees t o indemnify and save harmless th e City, its officers, agents and employees against and from any and all actions, suits, claims, demands or liability of any character whatsoever brought or asserted for injuries to or death of any person or persons, or damages to property arising out of, result from or occurring in connection with th e performance of any service hereunder. b. The Service Provid er shall take all necessary precautions in pert orming the work hereunder to prevent injury to persons and property. c. Without limiting an y of the Service Provi der's obliga tions hereu nder, the Service Provider shall provide and maintain insuran ce coverage naming the City as a n additional insured under this Agreement of the type and with the limits specified within Exhibit B, consisting of one (1) page, attach ed hereto and incorpor ated herein by this reference. Th e Service Provider before commencing services h ereunder, shall deliver t o the City's Director of Purchasing and Risk Management, P. O. Box 580 Fort Collins, Colorado 80522 one copy of a certificate evidencing the insurance coverage required from an insurance company acceptable to the City. 17. Entire Agreement. The laws of the State of Colorado shall govern the construction interpretation, execution and enforcement of thi s Agreement. Prohibition Against Employing Illegal Aliens. Pursuant to Section 8-17.5-101, C.R.S., et. seq., Service Provider represents and agrees that: a. As of the date of this Agreement: 1. Service Provider does not knowingly employ or contract with an illegal alien who will perform work under this Agreement; and 2. Service Provider will participate in either the e-Verify program created in Public Law 208, 104th Congress, as amended, and expanded in Public Law 156, 108th Congress, as amended, administered by the United States Department of Homeland Security (the "e-Verify Program") or the Department Program (the "Department Program"), an employment verification program established pursuant to Section 8-17.5-102(5)(c) C.R.S. in order to confirm the employment eligibility of all newly hired employees to perform work under this Agreement. b. Service Provider shall not knowingly employ or contract with an illegal alien to perform work under this Agreement or knowingly enter into a contract with a subcontractor that knowingly employs or contracts with an illegal alien to perform work under this Agreement. c. Service Provider is prohibited from using the e-Verify Program or Department Program procedures to undertake pre -employment screening of job applicants while this Agreement is being performed. d. If Service Provider obtains actual knowledge that a subcontractor performing work under this Agreement knowingly employs or contracts with an illegal alien, Service Provider shall: 1. Notify such subcontractor and the City within three days that Service Provider has actual knowledge that the subcontractor is employing or contracting with an illegal alien; and 2. Terminate the subcontract with the subcontractor if within three days of 7231 Stage Rigging & Counterweight Arbors at the Lincoln Center Page 16 of 22 receiving the notice required pursuant to this section the subcontractor does not cease employing or contracting with the illegal alien; except that Service Provider shall not terminate the contract with the subcontractor if during such three days the subcontractor provides information to establish that the subcontractor has not knowingly employed or contracted with an illegal alien. e. Service Provider shall comply with any reasonable request by the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment (the "Department") made in the course of an investigation that the Department undertakes or is undertaking pursuant to the authority established in Subsection 8-17.5-102 (5), C.R.S. f. If Service Provider violates any provision of this Agreement pertaining to the duties imposed by Subsection 8-17.5-102, C.R.S. the City may terminate this Agreement. If this Agreement is so terminated, Service Provider shall be liable for actual and consequential damages to the City arising out of Service Provider's violation of Subsection 8-17.5-102, C.R.S. g. The City will notify the Office of the Secretary of State if Service Provider violates this provision of this Agreement and the City terminates the Agreement for such breach. 20. Special Provisions. The Service Provider will provide, from insurance companies acceptable to the City, the insurance coverage designated hereinafter and pay all costs. Before commencing work under this bid, the Service Provider shall furnish the City with certificates of insurance showing the type, amount, class of operations covered, effective dates and date of expiration of policies, and containing substantially the following statement: "The insurance evidenced by this Certificate will not be cancelled or materially altered, except after ten (10) days written notice has been received by the City of Fort Collins." In case of the breach of any provision of the Insurance Requirements, the City, at its option, may take out and maintain, at the expense of the Service Provider, such insurance as the City may deem proper and may deduct the cost of such insurance from any monies which may be due or become due the Service Provider under this Agreement. The City, its officers, agents and employees shall be named as additional insureds on the Service Provider's general liability and automobile liability insurance policies for any claims arising out of work performed under this Agreement. 2. Insurance coverages shall be as follows: A. Workers' Compensation & Employer's Liability. The Service Provider shall maintain during the life of this Agreement for all of the Service Provider's employees engaged in work performed under this agreement: Workers' Compensation insurance with statutory limits as required by Colorado law. 2. Employer's Liability insurance with limits of $100,000 per accident, $500,000 disease aggregate, and $100,000 disease each employee. B. Commercial General & Vehicle Liability. The Service Provider shall maintain during the life of this Agreement such commercial general liability and automobile liability insurance as will provide coverage for damage claims of personal injury, including accidental death, as well as for claims for property damage, which may arise directly or indirectly from the performance of work under this Agreement. Coverage for property damage shall be on a "broad form" basis. The amount of insurance for each coverage, Commercial General and Vehicle, shall not be less than $500,000 combined single limits for bodily injury and property damage. Directions to Lincoln Center: Fort Collins is 60 miles north of Denver and .40 miles south of Cheyenne on Interstate 25. Take Exit 269 (Mulberry) west toward Fort Collins. Cross College Avenue (4 miles west of 1-25) and continue west for three blocks. Facility is on the northwest corner of the intersection of Mulberry and Meldrum Streets, with a large sign visible from the corner. Enter the south parking lot via the driveway that opens onto Mulberry. A "Theater Truck Loading Zone" just inside this driveway runs perpendicular to Mulberry on the east side of the Mulberry pool. Stage door is on south side of building between Lincoln Center and Mulberry Pool building. Global Coordinates of the Lincoln Center are 40* 34' 55.40"N 105* 05' 00.00"W Parking and Loading: The dock is at street level, which is also stage level. There is neither ramp nor any stairs. The loading door is twelve feet high and six feet wide. Two trucks can unload at once, if they back into the alley either direction. Since the dock alley is a fire lane, trucks must be moved after loading and unloading. Parking for one truck or bus/trailer combination is allowed in the "Theater Truck Loading Zone" along the west edge of the lot.
