Purchase Order # 8852839 Project Goals: • Create a customer service plan that addresses programming, service level quality, and marketing/communications. The service product should produce quality at a level that meets community needs, and is competitive, effective, and relevant. • Build an internal organizational culture that is characterized by healthy communication and interaction, is able to innovate and create sustainable change, and establishes a culture that consistently produces a competitive product that meets community demand. • Establish open communication across the organization that allows all staff to contribute and reflects a higasfunctioning organization. Activity for the month of September, 2008: • Manager meeting 9-4 — discuss feedback from the supervisors meeting • Begin to work on operating principles • Develop the strategy for PMap to the entire organization • Manager meeting 9-4 to begin development of operating principles • Transcribe documentation for draft operating principles and related emails and calls • Manager meeting 9-18 continue development of operating principles • Transcribe the notes from all meetings • Phone meetings w/Jean to discuss implementation plan and PeopleMap estimate • Meeting w/Jean to review progress and finalize the plan for PeopleMap estimate • Team meeting 10-1 to continue work on the operating principles • Completed initial analysis on the Community Relations team and handed off the material to Kim for further work by the CR team • At end of September operating principles are on track to complete by end of October Submitted by: Shirley Esterly, QuantumWest, Inc.
