DESCRIPTION: Design of two additions to the Transfort Maintenance Facility; bus storage area on the North
and addition to the bus chassis wash on the South. Also includes the addition of a concrete apron on the
North for bus driver training.,
Reason for change: Incorporation of additional Architectural and Engineering Services.
2. Description of change: Provide additional architectural and engineering services for additional
requirements to enclose the addition with overhead doors, add an overhead door in the existing wall adjacent
to the addition, add service fluid systems and provide a cost estimate for the 95% Construction Drawings.
