Adopting the Budget and Appropriating Funds
For the Operation of the Poudre Fire Authority for 2011
Whereas, the Board of Directors of the Poudre Valley Fire Protection
District has appropriated funds for the operation of the Poudre Fire Authority for
2011, and
Whereas, the City Council of the City of Fort Collins has approved funds for
the operation of the Poudre Fire Authority for 2011, and
Whereas the Poudre Fire Authority Board of Directors has been presented
with and reviewed the budget for the operation of the Poudre Fire Authority.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of Directors of the Poudre Fire
Authority
That the following budget, a copy of which is attached hereto, is hereby
approved and adopted as the budget of the Poudre Fire Authority for the
calendar year 2011, and funds are hereby appropriated to each fund for
the purposes stated.
2. That all funds appropriated by the Poudre Fire Authority's Board of
Directors in any year which are unspent or unencumbered by December
30 shall be transferred into Contingency Reserve on December 31.
Adopted this 141^ day of December, 2010 by the Poudre Fire Authority Board of
Directors.
