III. Contract Times
Substantial Completion — October 1 st, 2011
Liquidated Damages - $ 300 per day
Final Acceptance — November 1st, 2011
Liquidated Damages - $ 150 per day

V. General Conditions Items
Electronic File for Earthwork Grading —will be made available upon request
Superintendents - General Contractor is required to provide a designated full time superintendent
on site at all times that Work is progressing.
Warranty — City contract requires a two-year warranty period
Construction Hours - 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except legal
Holidays.Weekend work and Night work may be allowed on a limited basis to construct
improvements to take advantage of favorable weather conditions.
Construction Surveying - Provided by the GENERAL CONTRACTOR
