Publications
It is agreed that JEP ENCK will address the following presentations in Fort Collins on June 7, 2011 and
March 20, 2012 for a total fee of $1,600.00 ($800 per event date).

Locations, Times, Lorimer County Hearing Room, June 7, 201 I, 8:00 am — 12:00 pm,

Pavment: Please return a signed copy of this agreement and send to Enck Resources, c/o Jep Enck. 1619 '
Lakeshore Drive. Fort Collins, CO 80525: After each event, each agency will be individually billed for
their pro -rated portion of the event's cost ($267.00 each). Payment will be due to Enck Resources within
30 days of receipt of invoice, unless other arrangements have been made.
Cancellations/
Postponements: The client can postpone the event at any time prior to the beginning of travel.
Enck Resources will hold the deposit for tip to 6 months from the original presentation to be applied to
the rescheduled date. After that time the deposit is forfeited. Any travel preparation expenses will be
paid by the contractor.
Special
Arrangements: All video and/or audio duplication of the presentation(s) must be pre -approved.
