The blue highlighted area will use the Cardinal 272 Bronze glass. Both top and bottom floors will receive this. The yellow highlighted area will receive the Cardinal 366 glass. Both top and bottom floors will receive this. Please provide a change order reflecting the added cost for B&W Glass. Include a line item with the added cost of the 2 additional glass samples. - We will not do the Pre -finished Doug Fir veneer window interior 3/23/2011 Page 2 of L - We will do all oak trim on the interior at an additional cost of $980.00. Please submit a change order with a description of how the windows will trim out, type/size of material used? Thank you. I have included one of your previous emails below. The answers to the questions will be in red: Ethan can you answer the following questions please: -Bruce Henney on the 1st Floor had requested glass instead of solid panel in his office is this ok to change? Yes, this is OK to change. We will need to add a bronze colored end cap to the wall that dead ends in the glass. -The two solid panels in the server room would you like them to be replaced as they are? I see no reason to change them just want to confirm. Leave as solid panels. I would like to change the interior to a bronze color instead of the existing white. -City managers conference rrn the solid panel behind the TV. Would you like it to be Bronze on both sides with a solid wood core to allow for mounting TV stand? Install glass. See attached drawing for details. -City managers conference rrn the solid panel to next to the TV stand not behind it. Would you like that to be glass or solid panel. If solid panel keep it white or make it bronze? Install glass. See attached drawing for details. Ethan in reference to our conversation on the time line for completion of city hall window install. B W Glass needs 10 actual working weeks. This means the change order would have to be in our hands by FRIDAY 3-25. Making our new completion date THURSDAY 6-30 Also to confirm the change order should state the new finish date of 6-30 for clarification of everyone.
