PROPOSAL
TO: Ethan Cozzins

Re: City Council Chambers
Thank you for the opportunity to provide pricing for the following
work.
Inclusions:
1. Remove existing raised platform and stairs.
2. Construct a ramp at demoed location of platform. Ramp to built at a
1:12 slope.
3. Construct a 2' wide by 3' 6" high wall at north end of ramp, complete
with drywall,paint and oak top. Texture to match existing walls.
4. Remove existing southeast Dias to allow for rebuilding of floor in that
area. Dias to be reinstalled in allghnment with the Northwest Dias.
S. Remove a portion of the raised floor an alighn with the floor to the
north creating a new radius to match the southeast dias.
6. Reinstall the south east Dias.
7. Remove the oak walnscoating and cap from both dias's.
8. Add 3 to the top of both dias's. We will be using 3/4" plywood for
this.
9. Install level 3 protection board on the fronts and sides of both dias's.
10. Install new stained oak wainscoating on the areas where old was
removed.
11. Install new oak cap and end rails stained to match.
12. Install new 1 1/2" oak hand rail at ramp area on both sides.
Exclusions:
1. Kevlar material.
2. Counter top material and labor.
3. All electrical / Data work.
4. All carpet material and labor.
S. All carpet base material and labor.
Note: I could not find any 1/8" oak products but have found 1/4" oak. We
will provide pricing for two different products for the oak wainscoating and
backsplash.
Pricing for the work other than the oak wains coating is as follows:

Pricing for oak paneling for wainscoating. The paneling will not look
Ike the ix oak that is currently on them. We will install oak trim at all
seams and comers, but the center will not have any design.

Pricing for 1/4" X 2" oak. We will cut and install the oak so that it
will look more like the staggered design that is currently on the dias's. It
will not be tounge and groove but will have tight joints. This material will
have to be ordered and will take approx. 7 days to get. It will also be
stained to match.

Pricing for 1/4" X 2" beaded oak. This material has a beadedlook at
the joints. We will also cut this material so that is has the staggered
