Re: Assignment of Agreement
Wildcat Civil Services, a division of Wildcat Construction Co., Inc / Reynolds Inliner LLC
Dear Mr. Roy,
1 lIv izfj
Reynolds Inliner, LLC is acquiring the assets of the CIPP operations of Wildcat Civil Services, a
division of Wildcat Construction Co., Inc., effective February 28, 2011. The parties desire to have certain
contracts assigned to Reynolds Inliner, LLC for completion of the remaining work.
Representatives from Wildcat Civil Services and Reynolds Inliner recently met with Ray Fisher,
Collections Superintendent for the City of Fort Collins, to discuss this matter and answer any questions
he had.
The attached Assignment Agreement (4 each) is based off a standard form that other cities are
using to approve the assignment of their contracts from Wildcat Civil Services to Reynolds Inliner, LLC.
We have no preference on who signs the form on behalf of the City of Fort Collins as long as that person
has authority to execute the agreement. We have included a signature block for the City Clerk to attest
because other cities had included it on the form. If you do not believe it is needed, we are fine with it
being deleted.
We appreciate your assistance with this process. If you have any questions or need additional
information, please let us know.
Sincerely,
/WILDCAT CIVIL SERVICES, a DIVISION OF WILDCAT CONSTRUCTION CO., INC.
