Regarding: Bid for Plug In Hybrid Kits
a. Company History. Plug In Solutions / Jungle Motors has been in the
electric car conversion business for the past 3 years. We own and operate
the company out of a 10,000 square foot facility located in San Juan
Capistrano. We started selling the plug in kits approximately 2 years ago,
and are now manufacturing these kits in our facility. We are equipped with
a full auto shop including lifts, clean room, and all necessary equipment
to assemble and install the kits. We have converted many vehicles to 100%
electric and have an established dealer network to market and install our
plug in kits.

c. We have been selling our plug in products to dealers, resellers, end users
and have not yet received a DIRECT government contract for our kits.
It is probable that our dealers have sold to governmental institutions;
however, we do not keep those records at our facility.
d. We manufacture and sell hybrid plug in kits for Prius, Ford Escape.

4 Kw Escape Kit
Up to 20 miles Electric Range/ 40 Blended Mode
$4695.00 $750.00
Cost to train technician to install kits is $2500.00 plus travel expenses. Or
$2500.00 if technician travels to San Juan Capistrano.
