DESCRIPTION: APP Design Contract — Mason Corridor
1. Reason for change:
To continue to final design of this APP Project.
2. Description of Change:
The artist will spend additional time for the final design phase of this project. Artist will work
with the team on designs for integrated artwork into the Mason Corridor design in the time line
set by the project for 90% design and 100% final design. The artist will work within the Scope
of the project to meet these deadlines and assist in taking the designs. through the approval
process. (Please see the attached revised Scope of Work)
3. Change in Contract Cost:
An additional $7,000 will be added to the design contract.
4. Change in Contract Time: None
