Thank you for the opportunity to compete for the City of Fort Collins "A Services" fleet
business. Attached you will find the information you requested. We are hopeful that our
proposal offers the city superior value for the following reasons:
1. Our location is centrally located and is especially convenient for the city Police
Services employees.
2. Our price is competitive and represents a reduction from the current price even
though we are receiving another oil price increase effective August 1.
3. We use top quality Mobil oil and Purolator oil filters.
4. We understand your service and billing expectations and have a proven track
record of following the billing process.
5. We are offering free Nitrogen for all city vehicles. We believe that the fuel and
tire savings provided by this service totally offsets the annual costs of oil changes.
If this is true then the "real" cost of our oil change is free.
In addition to the service, our lobby is Wi-Fi ready and we offer a computer for customer
use. We are adjacent to the King Soopers gas station, King Soopers grocery store,
Subway, Bank, Dry Cleaning, etc. so that an employee can get gas, eat lunch, get their
hair cut, grocery shop while they wait.
