terms of the Professional Services Agreement and
this work order (including the attached forms) the
Professional Services Agreement shall control.

for the
CANAL IMPORTATION PONDS AND OUTFALL (CIPO) PROJECT
ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

This scope of work identifies additional services to be provided by Anderson Consulting
Engineers, Inc. (ACE) for the revision and production of as -built construction drawings, for the regulation
and management of the underdrain system, and for construction services/site inspections on the
remaining ponds portion of the CIPO project, which is anticipated to be completed in 2010.
Services will be provided by ACE, as the prime consultant, with supplemental services provided
by BHA Design Inc. (landscape planning/construction) and AVI, p.c. (structural engineering).
Bradley Anderson, P.E., CFM, President of ACE/Principal Engineer, will serve as the Project
Manager for this work. Brian Smith, P.E., and Scott Parker, P.E., will serve as the project engineers for
the remainder of the project and will attend coordination meetings and conduct site inspections.
ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES COSTS
Task 1. As -built Construction Drawings Revisions and Mylar Production ,
A draft version of the as -built CIPO construction drawings has already been compiled by ACE and
submitted to City of Fort Collins (COFC) staff for review. Comments generated from the COFC review
will be discussed during a review meeting and incorporated into the final set of as -built construction
drawings. It is assumed that a total of four (4) full-sized (24" x 36") paper, one (1) full-sized mylar, and
eight (8) half -sized (11" x 17") paper final as -built construction sets will be provided to the City of Fort
Collins Utilities for their use and distribution to other City Departments and Garney Construction. In
addition, this task includes time for AVI to review and stamp the as -built construction drawings
pertinent to the structural aspects of the design.
Task 2. ,Construction/Resident Engineering Services and Site Inspections
The effort for this task involves providing engineering and construction services for the
remainder of the ponds portion of the CIPO project, which is anticipated to be completed in 2010. This
task includes time for a representative of ACE to attend coordination meetings at the site and conduct
site inspections. In addition, this task includes time for a representative of BHA to attend coordination
meetings at the site and conduct site inspections as necessary. Time allotted for this task assumes
approximately 10 hours per month for ACE staff through the end of 2010.

Task 3. Underdrain System Regulation and Management
The effort for this task involves providing support for the regulation and management of the
CIPO underdrain system for the remainder of 2010. Included in this time is effort for Scott Parker to
address issues associated with the underdrain system and possible impacts of that system to the private
wells of adjacent landowners. In addition, this task includes time for Brad Anderson and Scott Parker to
attend coordination meetings and conduct site visits on an as -needed basis.
