The City of Fort Collins wishes to extend the agreement term for the above captioned proposal
per the existing terms and conditions and the following:
The term will be extended from November 30. 2010, through February 29, 2012.
If the renewal is acceptable to your firm, please sign this letter in the space provided and return
all documents to the City of Fort Collins, Purchasing Division, P. O. Box 580, Fort Collins, CO
80522. within the next fifteen days.
If this extension is not agreeable with your firm, we ask that you send us a written notice stating
that you do not wish to renew the contract and state the reason for non -renewal.

regarding this matter.

Jamie,
Here's your signed renewal letter for P1047 JDE Remote CNC Support with AMX. Note that the contract
term on this one has been extended to Feb 29, 2012; this is to coincide with P1051 JDE Application
Consulting, when we renew that one later on this year. That's so we can re -bid P1047 and P1051 together
next year like we discussed.
Our desired result for the combined RFP next year will be to award:
One vendor for JDE Remote CNC Support
One Primary and one Secondary vendor for JDE Application Consulting
just wanted to confirm that our plan is on -track.
