4. Bid Bond — 5%
5. Sealed bid with separate qualifications
a. Qualifications listed in Section 01010 (review)
6. Provide list of unit prices in addition to lump sum bid
7. Last day for questions: May 4, 2010 end of business
a. Direct all procurement questions to John Stephen
b. Direct all plan and specification questions to Keith Meyer
III. Contract Times
1. Substantial Completion — 85 calendar days
2. Liquidated Damages - $1,300 per day
3. Final Completion — 14 calendar days from Substantial
4. Liquidated Damages - $300 per day
IV. Warranty — 2 year
