I have enclosed four (4) sets of contract documents regarding the above captioned matter.
There is one (1) complete paper copy of the contract for the Purchasing Department and three
(3) copies that include paper copies of the contract for signature and Sections G and H attached
electronically on disc. Please sign the four copies and return all copies to me along with the
requisite insurance certificate naming the City of Fort Collins and the Discovery Science Center
as additional insureds, and four (4) original copies of the Performance and Payment Bonds.
After the signatures have been obtained, a copy of the agreement will be sent to you.
