Statement of Work February 8. 2010
Provide labor and equipment to move cameras, add cameras, move a microphone, and add microphones to the
new Parking Service customer relations desks. CSG will move the two existing cameras so that proper viewing
of station 1 and station 2 are available. A new camera will be installed on a drop -down pendant mount (match
existing) to watch station 3. A new camera will be installed in the drop tile to view the lobby sitting area. The
current microphone will be installed on the staff side of station 1. A new microphone will be installed on
customer side of station one. Stations 2 and 3 will have microphones installed on both the customer side and
the staff side. Although each station will have two microphones, they will be recorded as one audio zone on the
existing DVR to correspond to the appropriate camera channel. This proposal includes the removal and
reinstallation of existing equipment. All equipment exactly matches previously installed components.
Exclusions i Provided by Others
1. Two Network drops with iP address for two new encoders
2. 120VAC outlet for two new encoders and Snow microphones
3. Network support from the City to assist in connection of encoders to the existing DiBos recorder.
