As you have been informed by telephone, your firm has been selected for an oral
interview for our Request for Proposal 7051 Midtown Commercial Redevelopment
Study.
Your interview will occur on September 18, 2009 at 8:00 a.m. in Conference Room 1A
located at 215 N. Mason St. in Fort Collins. A projector will be available. The City has
six (6) raters. The room has sixteen (16) chairs. Walls are available for posting items
with tape but no pin-up area. There is no limit to the number of consultants you bring to
the interview.
For the interview, you will have 20 minutes for a formal presentation in response to the
requirements of the Request for. Proposal, followed by a question and answer period of
65 minutes and then a 5 minute summary session.
