As you have been informed by telephone, your firm has been selected for an oral
interview . for our Request for Proposal 7051 Midtown Commercial. Redevelopment
Study.
Your interview will occur on September 15, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room 1A
located at 215 N. Mason St. in Fort Collins. A projector will be available. The City has
six (6) raters. The room has sixteen (16) chairs. Walls are available for posting items
with tape but no pin-up area. There is no limit to the number of consultants you bring to
the interview.
For the interview, you will have 20 minutes for a formal presentation in response to the
requirements of the Request for Proposal, followed by a question and answer period of
65 minutes and then a 5 minute summary session.
