CHANGES/CLARIFICATIONS: Question # 1 Does the City of Fort Collins have particular forms for the fee estimate and would such forms be necessary as part of the Statement of Qualifications? Answer # 1 There are no such forms required and it is up to each proposer to present the Not To Exceed fee estimate as best deemed appropriate. Please include hourly rates for all firms on your team. Question #2 Two questions were submitted requesting clarification to the requirements for the acoustic engineering design scope in the RFP Chapter 3, Professional Services. All acoustic engineering services that may be necessary for the project will be added to the professional services agreement by change order after the design contract has been awarded and after the design scope for this particular discipline has been further refined and subsequently defined. Answer #3 Utility location and/or utility capacity requirements for the project (relative to such items as gas, electric, water, telephone) are conditions that will be determined through the design process. The City has no preconceived requirement or guidance to direct the proposer at this time. Question #4 Will a survey be required or will it be supplied by the City? Answer #4 Please see item d, and also item d., bullet 2, in Chapter 3, Professional Services which states: "All civil design services." And, "All other civil design work necessary for City approval."
