Description:
fntMvest.has been the design engineer for the prelfmfn:u'y design of the Collegc and Willox
Intersection. The City is currently processing a request to sole source the remaining design to
hnerwest. In the interest of time; it is necessary to stall the pothole operation and the
coordination and recordkeeping necessary to get as much existing utility information as possible.
Additionally, design niodif cations have been proceeding to keep communication lines open with
the property owners adjacent to the project.
Scope of Services
Pothole Coor(iination — the biterwest ]'Cain will Coordinate the pothole operation, and work with
the pothole contractor and the City Traffic department to get the potholes in the streets. The
preliminary design of the curb will be staked as a part of this operation.

Pothole Recording. — the Team will record information related to the potholes including
siuroeying in the locations and reduoiog, photographing and creatinga log of the infomation, and
meetings with the utility companies to clarify the existing configuration ofutilitics.
