Service Provider agrees to perform the services
identified above and on the attached forms in
accordance with the terms and conditions contained
herein and in the Services Agreement between the
parties. In the event of a conflict between or ambiguity
in the terms of the Services Agreement and this work
order (including the attached forms) the Services
Agreement shall control.
The attached forms consisting of Exhibit B, (3) pages,
are hereby accepted and incorporated herein by this
reference, and Notice to Proceed is hereby given.

CANAL IMPORTATION PONDS AND OUTFALL (C.I.P.O.) - CONSTRUCTION PHASE
SERVICES FOR WORK ORDERS 4-6
PROJECT OBJECTIVE: To mitigate local flooding in the area generally north of West Prospect
Road, south of the Glenmoor pond, west of Shields Street, and east of Taft Hill Road.
GENERAL
This scope covers the continuation of the construction phase services for the CIPO project. The
tasks are detailed below. In addition this scope covers CTL's costs for construction phase
testing.
The Ayres Project Manager for CIPO will be: Andrea Faucett (223-5556) office (556-2525) cell
The Ayres Project Engineer will be: Jaclyn Michaelsen (223-5556) office (310-1547) cell
TASK 1 — CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES
1.1 Construction Meetings. This task includes time for Andrea and/or Jaclyn to attend
construction meetings on an as needed basis. The time for TC to attend the
construction meetings is included in Task 1.2.
1.2 Resident work by TC. This task includes time for TC Bohnet to provide resident work
for this project on a full time basis through July 31, 2009.
1.3 Submittals. This task includes time for either Andrea or Jaclyn to review submittals,
make comments, post comments to the share point and re -review if necessary based on
the action taken.
1.4 Address Construction related questions. This task includes time for either Andrea or
Jaclyn to address questions that come up during construction and to make modifications
to the design drawings as needed.
1.5 Construction survey. This task includes time for Ayres staff to complete as -built
surveying on Avery Park pond, Fairbrooke and the remainder of Red Fox pond. This
also includes time for any "on -call" survey work that is required.
TASK 2 — HYDROLOGIC/HYDRAULIC MODELING UPDATES
2.1 Update MODSWMM model for master plan conditions. This task includes time to
update the MODSWMM models to reflect the latest rating curves for Red Fox and Kane
ponds and also reflect the fact that the orifice plate was not installed on the Fairbrooke
pond. The models will also be updated to reflect the spills from the New Mercer ditch
into the LCC No. 2 that were never accounted for downstream of the Red Fox Pond.
2.2 Update New Mercer and LCC No. 2 HEC-RAS models for master plan conditions.
The New Mercer and LCC No. 2 models will be updated to include the as -built
information for the Red Fox Meadow side spill weirs. The spills out of the New Mercer
ditch will be incorporated into the MODSWMM model and then into the LCC No. 2

model. The spills out of the LCC No. 2 model will be incorporated back into the
MODSWMM model. The area that needs the spills updated is downstream of the Red
Fox Meadow pond.
2.3 Update MODSWMM and HEC-RAS exhibits for master plan conditions. The
MODSWMM and HEC-RAS exhibits will be updated to reflect the changes made in
Tasks 2.1 and 2.2.
2.4 Review spill information at International House. The spill at the International House
will be reviewed in the Master Plan condition to make sure it is modeled correctly.
2.5 Prepare short Technical Memorandum describing modeling results. Ayres will
develop a technical memorandum which describes the changes that have been made to
the existing and master plan condition MODSWMM and HEC-RAS models.
2.6 Prepare CIPO Drainage Report. Ayres will prepare a final drainage report which
documents the hydrologic and hydraulic analysis used to design the CIPO system. The
drainage report will also document inlet sizing, trunk and lateral pipe sizing, weir length
and elevation determination, detention pond sizing and pond outlet structure design.
TASK 3 — CTL THOMPSON CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES
3.1 Construction Phase Testing for Ayres and ACE. This task includes construction
testing for work orders #4- #6. Please see CTL's scope (attached) for a more detailed
description of this task.
