The survey will be 30' either side of the centerline of the proposed trail. King will also set pin flags (bluetops) every 50' along the alignment Estimated Fee: $2,700 Surveying - legal Descriptions - King Surveyors will provide 3legal descriptions required for the project. Estimated Fee: $1,500 Surveying - Construction Staking - King Surveyors will stake the trail for the contractor at 25' intervals in 2 trips to the site. Estimated Fee. $3,200 Surveying - Form Check - King Surveyors will survey the farms for the trail in 3 trips to the site and will alert the City of any deviation from the design. Estimated Fee: $2,000 Surveying - As Built - King Surveyors will survey the completed trail and provide as built drawings of the trail after construction is completed Estimated Fee: $1,900 Trail plan, profile and grading - Interwest will prepare plan, profile, grading cross section, and detail drawings for the 3,000' trail in a form similar to other trail projects recently completed for Park Planning. Estimated Fee. $7,500 Bridge plan and profile - Interwest will prepare a plan and profile sheet,forthe bridge crossing. Estimated Fee: $1,000 Floodplaln process assistance - Interwest will assist the City with the ftoodplain documentation necessary to construct the project. Estimated Fee: $2,000 SWMP - Interwest will prepare an erosion control plan and a stormwater management plan for the initial application to the State for the project. Estimated Fee. $1,200 Reimbursabies-for prints, mileage, and deliveries; etc.. Estimated Fee: $400 Assumptions - Structural engineering provided by others. Specifications, quantities, and contract documents provided by others. Environmental and geotech provided by others. No CA or CM work is included
