We are including our designs for your review, but would ask that they not be shared or distributed out to other companies. These designs have a value of $1500 and we trust you to value our efforts and keep them confidential. In consideration of the budget provided for this project, we suggest that the project be completed in two stages. Phase 1 would include the pergola structure and the complete kitchen installation with exception of the refrigerator and hot water heater. We would recommend that the lights, the refrigerator and the hot water heater be in phase two of the project. We have included a phase 2 proposal for your review.
