Scope of Services Base Plan Preparation —consolidate available information from the City to prepare an existing and proposed conditions map for the project in ACAD.. Estimated Fee: $2,000 Overlot Grading Plan Alternatives - create overlot grading alternatives to determine rough earthwork requirements for the site as well as opti ons for the connection to the design grading for the subdivision Estimated Fee: $4,000 Final Utility Plans —The final utility plan and construction plans for the project will include: Cover Sheet Overall Utility Plan and Profiles (only storm sewer profiles are anticipated). Drainage and Erosion Control Plan Final Grading plan with sufficient spot grades to facilitate construction Off site sidewalk location design —coordination with CDOT is not included at this time Details Estimated Fee: $17,000 Final Drainage Report —prepare a drainage report.with calculations to show how the new park works with the existing detention and water quality facility. If necessary, show details of the pond modifications required to continue to accept flow from the park site. Estimated Fee: $3,500 Stormwater Management Plan —create a SWMP and template of the permits required by the State for the constructiom Estimated Fee: $2,000 Reimbursables—for prints, mileage, and deliveries. Estimated Fee: $500 Assumptions: 1. No surveying services are anticipated at this time. 2. No improvements to the adjacent streets will be required. 3. No public meetings are anticipated for Interwest staff. 4. The City will coordinate the submittal of the plans. 5. The City will prepare specification and contract documents for bidding.
